Restaurant Style Mac and Cheese

WOW!!! This was absolutely delicious! I used Ronzoni whole grain rotini, 2% Velveeta and whole milk instead of cheese and it was PLENTY rich and with reduced fat and calories to boot! I did have to keep adding more milk to make it a little "saucier". I put it all in a casserole dish, sprinkled it with breadcrumbs and baked it off just until heated through. HUGE hit!!!!

This was wonderful! I did a warm water bath rather than steaming it....60 minutes at 350 in the oven and it was perfect! Not the least bit overcooked and sooooo creamy and delicious! Not a bit of it was left over after dinner. We served it warm and it was divine! Thanks for sharing such an easy and yummy recipe! We'll definitely be making it again and again!

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties

What a nice appetizer!! Fresh and yummy and different. We put it on low sodium Triscuits and loved it. I used fresh dill and hothouse cucumbers....so so good!

Simple Artichoke Dip

Fabulous dip and totally idiot proof! SO simple and so good....this is one of my "go to" recipes when we have company. It turns out best when you use Hellman's mayo....don't use the light mayo, it doesn't work as well! I also throw in a couple of minced garlic cloves.

Basic Chicken Salad

This is exactly what I remember growing up with as a child. Exactly how my mom made it. Delicious! With chicken salad, the simplest recipes are the best. Don't use FF mayo, use light if you absolutely must. Hellman's or Duke's mayo yields the best results. I love Miracle Whip but not in chicken salad. A delicious warm weather meal!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Yummy! I took the suggestion and used Frank's Buffalo sauce. I also used blue cheese rather than ranch (just my preference). Thanks! We'll be making this for the Super Bowl!

Glazed Meatloaf I

Hands down the best meatloaf I've ever tasted....yes, even better than others I've tried on this site. The secret is the glaze, it's really really good! This will replace the other meatloaf recipes in my file. Thanks so much for sharing. Now that it's gotten cold outside, we will be making this quite a bit!

Great Chicken Salad

Yep! It IS the greatest chicken salad ever and I've never liked chicken salad that was thrown in a processor. It's delicious, and so much easier to spread on a sandwich. I still like chunky salad when it's served over a lettuce leaf, but this ROCKS on a sandwich. The lemon juice wakes up the flavor and the Marzetti cole slaw dressing is a fabulous addition. I love this!

Old Bay® All American Barbecue Sauce

We LOVED this....only problem is we didn't make enough of it. We used it on chicken and ribs and everyone loved it. I'll never buy bottled sauce again...this is too easy and so much better!

Tomato Pie I

SO good! It's even better when the fresh tomatoes are in season. Make sure your tomatoes are seeded and drained really well or the crust gets gooey. We've made this for several years and just love it!!!!

Chinese Napa Cabbage Salad

Quite yummy! I added shredded rotisserie chicken which made it a terrific meal. Eat it immediately, as it gets soggy as leftovers (although it still tastes great)
