Easy Greek Yogurt Cucumber Sauce

This is a great sauce that you can play with for different recipes. I added dill and used it with the feta and turkey burgers. If you add some taco sauce to the sauce (w/out dill) it can be a great fish taco sauce. Thank you for sharing this great recipe with us!

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers

I've made these with sundried tomatoes and they gave it a good burst of flavor. I've also made them w/out sd tomatoes and it's great either way. My children like these with flat buns and the black bean salad. This is a great family friendly dish. Thank you for posting it.

April's Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball

This was an easy cheese ball that was a big hit with my kids. I did add the dijon and garlic but I also added a dash of garlic ginger sauce and it gave it quite a punch. We had it on "munchy night" and also had a pepper jelly spread and all the flavors went well together. My husband toasted some on oat nut bread and it was a great hot spread.
