Vietnamese Aromatic Lamb Chops
I made this for our lunch today and it was a nice change of flavor for our lamb chops. I added Thai Sweet Chili Sauce to give it a little "pop" of flavor and it was a good choice. I will use this sauce as one of my fav's from now on. I served it with Mashed red potatoes and fresh broc.

Sausage Cups
Tried this again and it is AWFUL!! The cups get hard and chewy and greasy. Not a great recipe.

Easy Greek Yogurt Cucumber Sauce
This is a great sauce that you can play with for different recipes. I added dill and used it with the feta and turkey burgers. If you add some taco sauce to the sauce (w/out dill) it can be a great fish taco sauce. Thank you for sharing this great recipe with us!
