Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes
This was great. I did use 2 cans of diced tomatoes and red wine instead of white. Great flavor and by cooking the shrimp seperately then adding it, those that don't like shrimp just eat around it and they don't have to worry about a strong shrimp taste. I loved this and I loved the shrimp!! This is a keeper...

Sweet-and-Sour Meatballs
This was great. Just like my grandma used to make and I couldn't find her recipe anywheres. I did double the amount of sauce since it goes so great with the rice. Next time I wouldn't make quite so much sauce. I also added some chopped green onions to the meatball mix and I used my electric frying pan to make this. Really great recipe!!

Flank Steak Pinwheels
This is great with a couple really simple changes. I butterfly the meat and after marinating it cover it with a thin layer of cream cheese. I also use fresh spinach and add chopped mushrooms which I sauted along withe the onions and garlic and spread that atop the cream cheese. This is so delicious and looks so impressive. Perfect when company is coming.
