I had to try it...everyone was telling the truth. This is just perfect...simple to make with what you already have in the house. As everyone said, why would you buy it? Used it to dip sliced grilled chicken breast strips in for quick lunch. Also sliced grilled chicken breast horizontally for sandwich with this sauce. YUM on both counts. Thanks for the recipe.

Somehow this ended up mushy, as someone earlier said. Also, it definitely needed spicing up...red pepper flakes and/or hot sauce. I'm going to try another recipe for jambalaya next time.
