The was really good...I added garlic, paprika, parsley, and a tablespoon of sour cream.

Smoked Salmon Quesadillas
The french go crazy for smoked salmon...so this was a hit for cinco de mayo...I wanted a bunch of mexican finger foods...was great with sour cream, salsa, and guac to dip...THANKS!
