Yummy! I made it with the 3/4 whole strawberries and the other mashed. It was perfect. My grandfather asked me how much I would be willing to sell them to him!

Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Ooooohhh my goodness! This is FANTASTIC!! I couldn't believe how delish it was. And BEAUTIFUL! I felt so gourmet making it. Very, very good. I did have to take the lemons off for a little to let it finish cooking underneith. Soooo soo good, thanks!

Vegan Chocolate Cake

It definitely hits the spot when you're craving chocolate. I made this last night...my hubby didn't care for it much, but my son and I liked it. I didn't use wheat flour because I didn't know it called for that ? Anyway, it was pretty good.

These are terrific!! So tasty. The sage is a must. Just think, they are only low fat turkey meat with seasonings and cooked in cooking spray! How much healthier can you get?

Maple Salmon

Oh yum. This was THE BEST salmon I've had - and I can cook some good salmon. LOVED it. I think a really key part is to get good salmon. I've bought frozen salmon from the grocery store before and it was very fishy and nasty. I bought the Costco frozen salmon and it is DELICIOUS! Just a perfect dinner and super easy. My husband hates fish but actually liked this one. Which is HUGE. Thanks for the recipe!
