I made this for dinner last night for my husband and kids (three of the pickiest eaters on the planet) and braced myself for complaints. You know what? They all LOVED it! It's easy & fast enough to make for a weeknight family dinner, and fancy & impressive enough to serve to company. Thanks so much for this delicious recipe, I will make it again and again. P.S. I served along side spaghetti & sauce. The marinara was a great compliment to the chicken.

I served this cranberry sauce along side my Thanksgiving turkey. Let me tell you, it was delicious! The tart/sweetness of the sauce was a great compliment to the meat. I imagine this would be yummy on pork as well. FYI-I was out of allspice so I substituted cinnamon.

Yum Yum Yummie Yum! This was just about the best cheesecake I've had anywhere. It was rich and smooth, with a subtle taste of coffee. I made it for Sunday dinner at my parent's house and it got rave reviews! Thanks for a great recipe.
