Gulliver's Cream Corn
Mmmmmmmm...delicious! I made it pretty much as labeled, except I used heavy cream, instead of whipped, because that's what I had in the house. Hope to make it for the next big holiday to amaze my family and friends :)

Butter Bean Burgers
I originally rated this a 3 but came back today to change it to a 4. I don't know if it was being refrigerated overnight or the addition of some mustard (as opposed to being served plain), but it tasted even better the next day. I love the crispiness of the outside, and inside had a nice consistency too.

Mushy Peas I
I was actually pleasantly surprised by the taste. I only made them on a lark, after joking about them with an English friend of mine, especially since they don't look all that appetizing. I followed the recipe exactly, and it was so easy. I'll definitely be making them again, and may even try using cream cheese instead of the heavy cream, like someone else suggested.
