4 jalapenos were way too many. I had to add a large can of crushed tomatos and 1 can of diced rotel tomatos in order to make it able to eat for my family. While I was at it I also added 3 or 4 cloves of chopped garlic. A good base but next time I'll know about the tomato/jalapeno ratio.

Herb Roasted Pork

loved it!!!! I cut the roast in half and shredded added some of the sauce and had a pulled pork sandwich. Very good. I also used balsamic vinegar....yum!

Corned Beef and Cabbage

The corned beef turned out really good but I did not care for the vegtables. I will keep looking for a recipe that makes both turn out good. Until then I will continue to cook only the beef this way.

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole

Comfort Food!!!!!! I season my chicken with a little montreal chicken seasoning and cut the chicken to bite size pieces. Everybody eats this....YUM!

Slow Cooker London Broil

I really liked this recipe but my bf, or I should say PITA, didn't care for it so much. He says that the sauce was funky because it wasn't what he was used to. I enjoyed it and thought it was even better the next day. I added a tsp of minced garlic, a splash of red wine, and a splash of worseshire sauce.

German Coleslaw

I love this type of coleslaw. A good substitude for my friends russ's--he passed away and took the recipe with him. His recipe was had a lot of oil as well so this one seemed very close. Made exactly the first time, I always do, then tweaked a second time with red cabbage and red bell pepper--just a bit of bell pepper. Turned out GREAT!!!!

Meaty Spaghetti Sauce

Very Good!!! I forgot the pepperoni and didn't have any bay leaves but it still turned out very good. I added a little more sugar and another can of mushrooms. The only other thing that I would change would be to reduce the amount of pepper.....a little to spicy for my taste. Excellent!!!!! I finally found a new spaghetti sauce!
