Chicken Pasta - Shannon Style

Too much pasta with too little sauce, in our opinion. We added some soy sauce at the table to give it more kick.

This recipe is a classic, in my opinion, and can easily be added to or kicked up a notch. It is a super recipe to have on your go-to list. We call this Sunday chicken, because it's great to stick in the oven before church - hot and ready to eat when you get home!

Chicken Broth in a Slow Cooker

Good and super easy! I make a fabulous chicken noodle soup, so I personalized this broth with spices I like in the soup: a little ginger, celery salt, bay leaves, and lots of pepper.

Ground Beef Wellington

My family enjoyed these as individual packets. The general consensus was that they were a bit bland, however. I think next time I'll add some salt to the mushroom sauce, and some additional seasonings to the ground beef mixture.

Baked Ziti II

Very versatile recipe. For those who think it's too bland, use a different kind of spaghetti sauce (I love the Bertolli brand basil) or add some spices of your own. Super easy to add ground beef, grilled chicken, etc.
