Garlic Prime Rib
Oh boy oh boy!!! This is a keeper! As others have stated, you have to keep the faith during the initial 20 mins at 500 degrees as your oven does a bit of smoking and you're starting to wonder if you read the recipe wrong... hang in there!!! This is the BEST prime rib my family has ever eaten. So tender and so much flavor. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, it has become a family staple.
