Classic Stuffed Turkey
Very happy with the stuffing! I added more of the spices though because we like a lot of flavor! I'm not stuffing the turkey with it. I used two cans of chicken broth and no water and it is perfect!

London Broil II
Wasn't very sure about the combination of ingrediants but WOW! Even my picky eater gobbled it down! I marinated it for about 8 hours. I also used light olive oil in place of the veg. oil. PERFECT!

Very, very yummy! Needs a little more spice though. Next time more chili powder.
