Parmesan Focaccia Bread

This is a fabulous recipe for a bread that turns out light and tasty and makes the house smell like heaven! This one is a keeper

Szechwan Shrimp

I agree with other reviewers that there is something missing here. It tasted way better the next day when the flavours had had a chance to blend. It was all right but nothing that I'd necessarily make again.

Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff

This is a fast and easy way to get the meaty taste of stroganoff without the meat. I used my turkey broth from Thanksgiving in it instead of vegetable broth and it was still wonderful! Thanks for a really great and useful recipe!
