I am a housewife with four children, I have a small cleaning business to get me out of the house. I enjoy cooking and trying new things. Pasta dishes, Seafood, Mexican, and just made my first cake from scratch! Wingin' it!!! No measuring on recipes I have been making for years. Sometimes that is not always the best way!! I have been making recipes off this site and have yet to make something that my family didnt like!! I am so glad that I found this site, It has literally enhanced our diets. None yet, I usually have a back up in case of a mishap, well..... I guess I should mention I still cant make bread and biscuits, not due to the recipe, I dont think, usually I burn bread!!
