Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This soup tasted great and was very easy to prepare. I used low sodium chicken broth instead of water (no bouillon granules on hand) and whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose. Also, I used extra lean ham and didn't need to add any salt. Good soup for a cold day!

Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread
As suggested by another review, I doubled the recipe and baked it at 350 for an hour. I did not have any honey so I substituted it with sugar. The bread came out moist and quite dense - it hardly rose. I found that although it had a lovely smell, it was rather tasteless on its own. But when buttered and toasted, it was delicious!

Biscotti Toscani
I thought these were very tasty eventhough I had no nutmeg and didn't use the chocolate coating. The orange zest added a nice touch. I also like my biscotti rather hard, so I baked them a bit longer than the recipe called for.
