Garlic Shrimp Linguine
I thought this was outstanding! Be careful not to overcook the shrimp and I recommend doubling the sauce for a pound of pasta. My husband thought it was one of the best shrimp dishes he has ever tasted.

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
This is fabulous! I made it again last weekend. For whatever reason, I don't get a lot of drippings and so I've been a little bit short on sauce; I doubled up the chicken stock and the wine and then poured that over cooked wild rice that I prepared with chicken stock. Yum.

Red Skinned Potato Salad
This salad is awesome, my sweetheart said it's the best he's ever had and I really can't argue with him. I put green onions in it and reduce the amount of the regular onion just to add a little more color.
