Meatloaf with Italian Sausage
Really good meatloaf, I used 1 1/4 lb of extra lean ground beef and 6 hot Italian sausages, about 3/4 tsp of salt and everything else as writen very nice

Thin Mint Crackers
I was making these for a Christmas and finely ground candy canes in a food processor, then i added the candy canes to the melted chocolate, it was perfect, nice and minty with a little crunch

Grape-Nuts Bread
Nice taste and texture, the cereal adds texture and interest otherwise you can't really taste it, I subbed 1 cup WW flour for white to up the nutrition otherwise followed recipe
