Cocktail Meatballs
These are absolutely fabulous. To the people saying they're too spicy... did you use chili sauce (generally comes in a can), or hot sauce (comes in a bottle)... chili sauce is not that spicy and certainly doesn't overwhelm the cranberry sauce.
I've made these twice now and am making them again tomorrow. Took them to a potluck at work and everyone loved them - they were the first thing gone!
I use frozen veggie meatballs, since I'm vegetarian. Even so, nobody could tell and everyone rave and asked for the recipe!
These are definitely my new party take-along!
