Spanish Flan
This was excellent! I was so impressed that it turned out. I did add an extra egg as many reviewers suggested. The one thing I did do that I won't do again is used real vanilla bean and it made it a bit crunchy as I think I added to much but that was my own fault. Also following other reviewers advice on making the carmel sauce. I did not stir the sugar until it started to liquify then stirred. It takes time and if it is clumping stop stirring it is too soon. Also warm pan in oven before pouring in carmel sauce and then cook in water bath.
