I was looking for something fairly simple to use up some couscous I had sitting around and this recipe did nicely. I made quite a few "amendments", mainly because I was making it for only myself and I also had spending limitations. I highly recommend this recipe - it tastes great - and it's not too often you get a good Greek meal.

This was some simple and good tasting pasta. Don't skip on the veggies...I decided to use fresh vegetables instead of frozen and I had cut the serving in half. I made the mistake of using too little using a small head of broccoli and only about half a large tomato thinking it would be appropriate for my serving size but it turned out not enough - my bad. It was some tasty pasta but I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't know that it was the best I've ever had, but good nonetheless.

Let me tell you, as a college student looking for quick and tasty meals this was simply amazing. I bought about a pound of boneless top sirloin and adjusted everything so that it would fit with a pound of meat. I didn't really make any changes to add my own flavor to the recipe but I did use garlic powder with some herbs mixed in, and I used a George Foreman Grill. 5 minutes in the good ol' GF Grill and they were done to my liking. Quite possibly some of the best tasting steak I have ever had and it only took about 15-20 minutes from fridge to my stomach. As a side note I'd like to recommend a good Fat Tire beer to go along with it, simply tasty!
