Baked Kale Chips
Kale has the most nutrition per oz of any vegetable out there and NOBODY EATS IT! This was a wonderful way to get kale into my diet! I added a few pieces of shredded cheese on top of them for my sisters (they are more picky about their vegetables) and they loved them! I also used grill seasoning instead of season salt. Very delicious!

Chocolate Cherry Cake II
I thought the cake was a little too sweet. I didn't make the frosting that is included with the recipe. Instead, I whipped some heavy whipping cream with a few tablespoons of powdered sugar and macadamia liquor (to taste). It was a delicious cool topping. (Make sure you let the cake cool before icing) I topped mine with shaved chocolate and toasted almonds.

Cheapskate Stew
I thought this recipe was good. I followed the advice of other reviews and added garlic, a spicy pepper blend, and twice the amount of italian seasoning. I also added fresh greenbeans and a can o mushrooms. Wonderful served with cornbread!
