Pecan Pie Bars I

These were sooo good. My only problem was the fact that they really stuck to the sides of the pan...made removal difficult.

Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

My family thought this was awesome!! I do agree with the other reviewers as it does make A LOT of sauce, I used 2 lbs of Kielbasa, I also added a bit of minced garlic as another reviewer suggested. Great & Simple, I used the stove not slow cooker.

Chicken Piccata II

This was really good. I did follow some of the other suggestions. I made a double batch of the flour mixture and then egg, flour, egg, flour. I didn't think it was to lemony at all. My whole family loved it...with 2 kids (ultimately picky) that says a lot.
