My hubby couldn't get over the popping flavors of this little sauce. We bottled up the rest and stuck it in the fridge for the next time we need a BBQ sauce which should be in the next few days since we are always BBQ'ing. This is perfect since I feel like I always run out of BBQ sauce and now, that won't happen again. Thanks for a fabuulous & easy recipe!!

I made these today and they turned out fabulous!! I used bananas that were really soft and something I'd normally use in my banana bread recipe so they came out with a lot of flavor. I took the advice from previous reviews and added a bit more milk, used olive oil, more chocolate chips (mini ones at that!) and a bit of vanilla for more flavoring and they came out just perfect. I only baked them for 15 minutes, used the toothpick test and they were a little crunchy on the outside and very moist on the inside. Looking forward to making these again! My family loved this recipe! I read some of the other reviews and agree that it needed more liquid. I did mix the 1/2 & 1/2 with some 1% milk which was fabulous. I used 2 small cans of sliced drained mushrooms and then threw in some frozen organic spinach to make it a bit more healthy (there was a little more liquid due to the frozen spinach). I also liked the crispy pancetta that was added (original recipe didn't suggest when to add it back into the recipe so I added it where I thought best!). Will be making this again soon!
