Banana Chip Muffins I
I made these today and they turned out fabulous!! I used bananas that were really soft and something I'd normally use in my banana bread recipe so they came out with a lot of flavor. I took the advice from previous reviews and added a bit more milk, used olive oil, more chocolate chips (mini ones at that!) and a bit of vanilla for more flavoring and they came out just perfect. I only baked them for 15 minutes, used the toothpick test and they were a little crunchy on the outside and very moist on the inside. Looking forward to making these again!
