Dave's Mocha Chicken
My non-coffee-loving family really enjoyed this. I made it as written and it was not too salty as others complained. Served with rice and devoured.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef
Easy - 5 stars Delicious - 5 stars Family rating - 5 stars I added a can of beer becasue someone mentioned it. But will most likely leave it out next time. The pepperocini gave it enough tang to throw it over the top. Will definetly be making this one again!

Vanilla Crepes
Easy and perfect!! Rolled with with cold strawberries, cinnamon and sugar - best dessert I've had in a long time!
