Beef Rouladen
I ate this in a German restuarant and thought how strange but it tasted wonderful. I am glad to have a recipe for it. I used thin round steak, pounded thin.

Raisin Puffs
Taste like raisin filled cookies without the work and with raisins in every bite. I put more raisins in. I use this recipe for wedding cookie trays and they are always a big hit. Got the recipe originally from the Pennsylvania Grange cookbook.

Amish White Bread
This is awsome! I took the advice of others and cut the sugar. Still sweet but I like sweet bread. Threw everything in my bread machine on dough and let it do the work. Then put in a bowl to raise and followed the directions. It's already gone and will make more tomorrow. Definitely a keeper.
