I am the mother of twin sons. We were apart for a few years. And they love my cooking.I love to cook for people and seeing the pleasure of the enjoyment of the food I have prepared.I love sharing recioes. And trying new things. I have loved to cook and bake since I was 8 yrs.old. My mother was a chef and a dietary aid. She was an excellent teacher Italian foods. Ribs and Chicken. I love cooking with cheese,eggs and I enjoy making bread. I love making appetizers. I basically love to cook just about anything. I will try to make something out of anthing I have on hand. probably my favorite thing to cook is the easiest . But I enjoy it because my son Tim loves it. It is Baked Steak. Also good homemade Mac and cheese. Cornbread Salad. Deviled eggs with Ham. Real Italian Marinara Sauce with Meatballs. And fired peppers with italian sausage with Garkic Bread and wine to drink my biggest tragedy is meringue. I still cannot get it right. ANd my favorite pie is Grahamn Cracker Pie. Maybe someday I will get it right. I am going to keep trying
