Roasted-Vegetable Stock
the best stock ever! I just used what was in the bottom of the fridge...I have used it for soups, injected a turkey with it...great color too!

Dill, Feta and Garlic Cream Cheese Spread
YUM, they are it all! ran out of crackers, so spread on deli meat and cheese, rolled up and they ate all that! tried it once with roasted garlic..yum

Easy Mini Quiche
good start...I have used bread cubes instead of the circles on the bottom, add parsley, sausage, bacon, etc...thank you!
