Carrot-Topped Swiss Cube Steak
Very good, and adaptable recipe. I didn't have any fresh garlic left so I used some powdered garlic in the flour mix and it was really good. Truth be told, I prepared this the day before groceries so I was missing canned tomatoes too! Luckily I had some leftover spaghetti sauce and used that instead... again - it worked out so well! I would definitely make this again, because it is so flexible and easily tweaked! :)

Tahini Almond Cherry Cookies
Great recipe -- I made it with whole wheat flour and it turned out great!

Spinach Quiche
Very tasty - I made it crustless, and used homemade veggie stock ice cubes instead of all that butter and it was still great! We're going to make it again!
