Simple Tiramisu
OM NOM NOM! This recipe made our tummies happy. No blood was spilled that evening, let me tell you! The maple syrup was an odd, but lovely touch. I layered the ingredients as per a previous reviewer's suggestion - it looked great! We had some extra filling left over, so we put it in our espressos. Prabob!

Stuffed Eggplant
A W E S O M E! I did a version of this tonight with great success. The man drooled over his succulent portions of egg-planty goodness. My version? Never thought you'd ask: Popped open three ostrich sausages, didn't use the breadcrumbs or the oil, except to brush on the shells. Topped those bad boys off with well-drained savoury canned tomatoes and cooked for 40 minutes. Tender, tasty, healthy. A++++ Will trade again.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
These golden, cumulous taste disks melted comfortably in our collective mouths. Due to my intolerant nature, I substituted soy milk for dairy milk - and just to be sassy, I cooked these in olive oil. The result? Slightly crisp, very fluffy tongue pleasure. Possibly the best pancakes I've made to date.
