Banana Cake VI
I made this wonderful cake, increased the recipe to 24 servings and it was not only delicious but very moist. Great recipe! I am planning on making it again this weekend.

Poblano Chile Enchiladas a la Gringa
A fantastic recipe!!!! My brother had given me some poblano peppers so I needed a recipe to use them in, since I'd never cooked with them before. I tried this one and it is fabulous!! In fact, my husband asked for seconds! Thank you so much for sharing a super recipe!

Garlic Prime Rib
This is a fabulous recipe!!!!!! The only difference I had with my 6 lb. roast was having to cook it longer than the recipe stated to get it medium rare. However, everyone raved about it! Thank you.
