Moon Cake
I made it just like the recipe. Very tasty--reminds me of cream puffs. I might make it next time with chocolate pudding, for the chocolate lovers in our house.

Brisket with BBQ Sauce
Very good and I am someone who is not usually nuts about barbeque. Next time, however, I will buy a bigger cut of meat or cook for a shorter time. I cooked my 4 lb. brisket for 5 hours and it was VERY well done. Sauce was very yummy.
