Tortellini Soup I
Delicious! Here are the changes I made: I omitted the red wine, carrots and green peppers. I doubled the tortellini (frozen) and used italian style diced tomatoes instead of stewed. As others suggested, I used tomato paste instead of sauce. All in all, it was absolutely wonderful and my husband raved! It's definitely a keeper!

Ham and Beans
I made this for dinner tonight and my husband raved over it. He said he would eat it for dinner once a week! I used 3 cans of Great Northern instead of the dry beans and only 1/4 c brown sugar. I simmered for an hour and served with cornbread. It's a keeper!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
I made these last night and they were delicious! For the spices, I took the advice of another reviewer and subbed 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice for the other spices. I only baked them at 12 minutes and then, as the oven got hotter, reduced them to 10. Also, the glaze didn't need any additional milk...you could probably get by with a little less than 3 tbsp.
