About this Cook
I always liked to cook even as a little boy, started with peanut butter cookies at 4 years old. I was hooked. I used to bake & decerate cakes when my sons were growing up for thairs and friends birthdays. My biggest influence was my aunte, she loved to cook and try all kinds of food. I like to experement with foods, I will start with a recipe, then continue to change it.
My cooking triumphs
Had an Italian friend over for dinner, he used to rave about his mothers Lesagna, since that night he now raves about mine.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
This was very good, the only change I made wa to add a block of unsweetened bakers choclate to help blend everything together. will make again many times. like most chili's it was better the second day.

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore
very easy and good... to watery for my taste, next time I'll add some tomato paste to thicken and use dehidrated onions, also I will use thin chicken tenders instead of the large thick chicken breasts I normaly have, the thicker meat was blanf, the thinner parts was tasty.

Wonderful Meatloaf
I was not impressed with it, will not make again. it was like eating stuffed cabbage without the cabbage. or the tomato gravy.
