I'm a firm believer in pot roast being done in a pressure cooker. On holidays you must have every available hand busy in the kitchen. In my mind kitchen + friends + music = party. My first solo Thanksgiving turkey was edible! The side dishes were downright delicious. The desert sealed the deal. I created cookies, reminiscent of scones we had on our honeymoon, that my husband still brags about. I cannot make a cream sauce to save my life.
