Chocolate Chip Orange Zucchini Bread

Delicious!! I would definitely use applesauce for half the oil next time though, as the recipe as written is a bit oily for my taste. I wouldn't make any other changes though, the flavors are wonderful!

Caribbean-Spiced Pork Side Ribs

Awesome, awesome, awesome!! I served these at a BBQ (finished them on the grill) and everyone raved. The flavor is truly incredible! I did omit the pepper and used Jamaican Jerk seasoning instead since I don't like things super-spicy and I was feeding a crowd. SUPER dish!! I'm going to try the same rub and marinade on a pork loin - bet that'll be great too!

Crab Crusted Grouper

This is OUTSTANDING!!! I didn't have grouper so I used mahi-mahi and it was incredible. I also roasted the peppers before adding to the topping, and used some chile peppers instead of jalapeno. Like other users, I did not have parmesan bread crumbs so I used fresh parmesan, and a colby-jack blend instead of the mozzarella. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can play with the ingredients a bit to suit your own tastes and really can't go wrong!! My husband raved about this for days. Beats anything I've ever had in a restaurant!! Kudos to you!!

Mushroom Pie

This is AMAZING! I didn't have any puff pastry so I used a frozen pie crust and it worked perfectly - I did add some extra mushrooms to fill it completely. I also used fat-free half and half and a combination of swiss and havarti cheese. I will definitely make this again! INCREDIBLE!! Thank you for sharing the recipe for a mushroom-lovers dream! :)

Lima and Navy Bean and Ham Soup

This is hands down the best bean soup I've ever had in my life. The flavor and blend of spices is amazing. I didn't use the green onions, just used extra white onions per another user review. I also used dry spices since I didn't have fresh spices on-hand. Phenomenal!! My husband agrees that this is "a keeper"!

Chicken With Portobello Mushrooms and Artichokes

I just made this for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. Just a few days prior we dined at a wonderful French bistro in town, and he said this was better than the food we ate there!! He loved it, and so did I. The flavor is wonderful! I didn't have any brandy so used cream sherry and that worked great. SUPERB!!

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

This is a delicious recipe. After reading other reviews I decided against using heavy cream. Instead, I wisked together one cup of fat free sour cream and 1 cup of skim milk. It made it very creamy, without the heaviness of the cream. Plus, the sour cream gave it a really nice flavor. I also used minced garlic instead of sliced garlice. It was absolutely delicious!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

This is the best breading I've ever had on a meat dish! It's so flavorful, and keeps the pork chops nice and juicy inside. Wonderful!!!!
