Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I was a little skeptical but seeing all the reviews I thought I would try it. OMG, this is soooo good. I could sip on the sauce, it's that good. I added some red pepper flakes and I also used chicken breasts. I like it crispy so I baked at 425 and then used the broiler for the final carmalizing. Total cooking time was about 25 mins. I used the rest of the sauce for the brown rice and broccoli that I served it with. I will be using this sauce for more than chicken! Thanks for posting.

Italian Anisette Cookies
These cookies a delicous. Even my husband said they were good without me asking if he like them. I think next time I will try them with almond extract, and maybe lemon extract. So easy too!

Chicken Quesadillas
I made this to freeze and take to work for lunch during the week. I used the fajita seasoning recipe that TRACYCOOK gave on her review (thanks tracycook!)It's much easier to broil the chicken and your house doesn't get all smokey if you were to saute it. I did brown the quesadilla on a frying pan rather than baking. I only used one green pepper, one onion, one zucchini and some corn, and used pepper jack cheese. So good!
