Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
I just made these cookies, and they were pretty good. I'd recommend using a heavy, dark, non-stick baking sheet (I use Calphalon) for these cookies. I used both my light and dark pans this time around, and the cookies baked on the dark pan came out nice and brown on the bottom. The ones on the light pan were slightly undercooked after ten minutes in the oven. Definitely let the cookies set on the pan for at least ten minutes before eating.
