Orange Island Chicken
It was good. I followed everything that was said and the only thing my family didn't like was, it was to dry. But the orange taste was good.

Garlic Penne Pasta
It was delicious. I just love garlic so I added more than what was said to ad. But the rest was perfect.

Eggplant Parmesan II
It was excellent. The only thing I changes on it was, I added ricotta cheese, but other than that it was the best... Thanks
