Chicken and Dumplings III

I really like this chicken and dumplings recipe but with some additions. I did the the cream of chicken & cream of celery per reviews. Also...you HAVE TO add onion, celery and carrots. This soup is not the same without the veggies!!!! Good base, with additions very good. Thanks

Sesame Parmesan Zucchini

I liked the flavor, but did not care for the sesame seeds. The texture of the seeds really took away from the dish. I will make again, but just omit the seeds. Thanks!

Zucchini Pasta II

Mmmmm...More like 4-1/2 stars. Different and very tasty. As always, to a pasta dish, I added a little white wine and about 1/2 tsp of sugar. It was a little runny, so I put a bit of corn starch to tighten up the sauce a little. I also added fresh spinach. Very good. Will make again and again. Thanks!

Smothered Filet Mignon

This recipe is wonderful!! Very easy to prepare and so full of flavor. Our friends asked why we wanted to ruin a good cut of meat with all of the ingredients. I called them to tell them how wrong they were! We will make this again...very soon. Thanks!
