Not great! Sorry but maybe it's missing something... didn't taste good at all and even the smell was off. I will not make this again.

The fish was moist but did NOT taste very good. My husband is not a picky eater but he threw this out! In our 12 years of being together I can count on one hand how many times he has done this. Sorry, I will not make this again. Thanks anyway :-)

This is so delish....hands down...makes alot though. I recommend this for kids and adults alike...I'd give more stars if I could :-)

Where do I start...well the tast is there; it is tasty. The moisture is there; BUT it has barely risen...don't know if that was supposed to happen; inverting it was plain painful! It fell apart. I was preparing to ice this cake (to serve to my daughter as her birthday cake as she absolutely loves pineapple) but thought, why bother...I am on my way to the supermarket to buy additional ingredients to make a different cake. Sorry but I am a little frustrated! I followed this recipe exactly and cannot see where I may have gone wrong. I will not make this again :-( As a matter of fact I have deleted it from my recipe box...Sorry!

I really had high hopes for this recipe. The texture was wonderful! BUT... this did not do it for me or the company I had over for dinner....I will stick to my own classic... Sorry but the only reason that I gave this three stars is because a couple of kids ate it, none of the adults :-(. Guess not our style...Sorry again...I am glad to see that lots of others like it; I don't feel as bad now. Thank you anyway :-)

This is a great recipe but I left out the bacon...next time I will use bacon. I agree with another writer.... maybe use another kind of cheese (like swiss) as the mozz. is somewhat bland...that is why I just gave this 4 stars...I will be using the recipe again and again. Thanks for sharing.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST.....EVER!!!!!!!

I thought I was making the first GPS that I had made a couple months ago...I was not...Thsi salad had a relatively "nice" taste but the smell was very over-powering. The texture was not what I like. I will not used this recipe again... I'll just stick with the "Authentic German Potato Salad" that I had started off with.

EXCELLENT! I did however use only about 2/3 of the milk & coconut sauce as I tought it would be TOO sweet. I made this over the holidays and had family invited for Dinner. The cake lasted that day and that was it! I couldn't believe my eyes. I will make it again and again! Thank you.

Not Good...I think there was a typo in the recipe; I had to add more milk than it called for and the cake still turned out very dry...not a good recipe at all. The taste was "just OK". I was actually kind of embarassed as I had my family over for dinner and served this cake. I am not impressed and will NOT make it again.

I am generally not a cranberry person but I loved this loaf. My family loves it. I had to go to the supermarket and buy more Cranberries to make more. Thank you for this recipe. Great!
