Best Egg Rolls
Found them to be alittle bland as well I'll tinker alittle more with different seasoning.Added soy sauce like other readers did. Like Curtislee did I put the cabbage/carrot bagged mix with the pork so it would wilt alittle. Added bean sprouts just love them. Will make again nice and easy to wrap :)

Crab Rangoon III
This was my first time making them.. Had a family chinese night and my job was making these rangoon.I as well did like many other readers did, omit the water chestnuts and added green onions and little more cream cheese.I started folding them like the X as well but found it takes to long to do,so I just folded them in half.Had mix left over so my boyfriend said he will eat it with crackers.Long story short flavor not bad at all, they also heat up nicely if you have leftovers. Still say China Rose In Gray Maine has the best CRAB RANGOONS !!!!

Chicken Enchiladas I
First time making & eating I found them a bit runny so next time like other readers I'll use less water, and use enchilada sauce instead of taco sauce and because some of my family members don't like green peppers I'll try the green chiles, with these few changes I'm sure this would be at least a 4 star.
