I really enjoyed this - super easy to make and you can do what you please with it - I skipped the cheddar cheese and meat - definitely a keeper!

this was good, but the husband didn't like it which is why i'm giving it 4 stars. I followed the directions but dumped the whole bottle of wing sauce in with the chicken and didn't save any for after.

Quinoa and Black Beans

This is my 1st time eating Quinoa - I liked this recipe, but I liked it more about 3 hrs after it'd been cooked - the flavors really came out then. I used g.pepper and snow peas instead of corn and used only 1 can of black beans - Its a good recipe when you are looking for a change.

WONDERFUL!!! the only thing I changed was the amount of oil - I only used a Tbsp with the sauce anda tsp for the chix - this does make a lot but its sooo good!!! definite keeper!

Eggplant Parmesan II

I really, really liked this! at first, after I baked the zucchini I was thinking it was going to be boring and not good, but once i added the sauce and cheese it turned out really good - especially the next day! I of course, cut the recipe down since i only had one eggplant but I will make this again

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

I just didn't like these - the kids did, but what kid wouldn't? my cupcakes took FOREVER to cook and the dough was just at the bottom - this recipe, as much as I wanted to love it, I couldn't, i won't be making these again

Zesty Porcupine Meatballs

LOVED them! I only used 1 can of tomato soup and a bit of regular pasta sauce - i think they could have used more rice becuz I had to add bread crumbs since I couldn't get them to hold together - either way, a definite keeper!

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Huge hit with all of us - I used 1 cup of chix broth and only used about 3 Tbsp of oil - I think 1/2 cup is a little excessive, either way, this is a keeper and I will definitely make this again.

Chicken Enchiladas I

LOVED IT! Served it when my parents were here and they too liked it, I used a can of diced tomatoes with g. peppers and onions in place of the tomato sauce and fresh pepper, and added a can of g. chiles....super yummy, flavorful and easy to cook - mine just got a little too liquidy which affected some of the tortillas when rolling - but didn't affect that taste. a definite keeper!

I'm only reviewing the cake, not the frosting because I didn't make it - the cake was good - moist and flavorful - I used more strawberries than what was called for but I think that just added to the yumminess!

Bow Tie Pasta with Sausage and Sweet Peppers

LOVED this!! I used all red peppers and added some onion and garlic,1 cup of chicken broth and Turkey sausage, and used the mini bow ties - everyone gobbled it up - a definite Keeper!!

Banana Custard Scrunch

Everyone inhaled these! I used french vanilla yogurt instead of plain, otherwise followed the recipe - this is really versatile and can be used with any kind of fruit and pudding - will be making these again soon!! Thanks for a great recipe!
