Working mom of a 4 yr. old boy - married 8 yrs and am working at a job I hate - which is why I have begun to spend so much time on this site! :-) I love cooking everything and especially love to try new things - the easier the better but also am always looking for the "lowfat" versions and healthy cooking. I love crockpot recipes but have found since I only eat chicken, turkey and fish that I am limited on what I make. I grew up with my mom always in the kitchen which is where I have gotten the love of cooking. I'm a big baker too! anything that makes my husband and 4 yr old cheer! :-) No real tragedies so far...knock on wood.
