I am a stay at home, homeschooling mom of 8 precious children. I love what I do every day. It is both a joy and a blessing. I fully understand it's not for everyone, but *I* love what I do! I enjoy cooking things that please others, primarily my family. I enjoy cooking for guests also. I like to have a varity of things I'm good at cooking. I have expanded my Mexican cuisine a bit and would like to even more. I'd also like to exand my 'know-how' with Italian cooking. Every birthday I make the birthday person their favorite meal. This includes a special drink and dessert....and bread too...whateer they want! I'm finally learning to make some bread. I am thouroughly enjoying this! My breads are becoming 'city-wide' known ;o) LOL! ah....these I block out of my memories! ;o)
