Sharon and I have been married for a few years and love experimenting with cooking. We used to hate fish in all forms, but when we finally learned how to cook, we now regularly eat tilapia and salmon. As I mentioned before, Sharon and I used to hate fish and now we finally like to cook it quite a bit. It's amazing how many recipes on this website are incredible. I alwayse enjoy reading the comments left. I feel like I am a better cook because of it. My father is Polish and makes all kinds of Polish dishes. My favorite meal he made while growing up was called "Green Bean Casserole," but not the typical kind you think of. It is a dish with ground beef, green beans, and potatoes in layers. It's delicious! I remember the first time I decided to make Chicken Fettucine Alfredo from scratch. The Alfredo sauce was the most difficult thing I had tried to that time. It ended up coming out better than even the local Olive Garden! I was very proud. Too bad I can't make that sauce all the time or I'd be a blimp!!
