Divine Summertime Chicken Sandwich

Cream cheese spread was good once the garlic was reduced to one clove. 4tbs of minced garlic is comparable to 12 cloves of garlic. I really think that's a typo, or so I hope!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I followed the recipe to a T, it tasted just ok. I didn't think there was anything special to it. Two hours later when my daughter got home? Nearly rancid. I had to toss a whole lot of chicken out and was not pleased.

King Ranch Chicken Casserole III

The Mushroom Steak Stuff

I made this with brown rice last night because I didn't have the pasta and I had to use up some steaks and mushrooms. I'm SO glad I did, my husband and I loved it and we're still talking about it. Followed the recipe for the mushroom stuff to a t, it was great with rice. I put green onions over the top of everything.

Asian Chicken Salad

This is a wonderful marinade. I made this with your typical asian inspired salad. Mixed greens, mandarin orange, crunchy noodles, red peppers and mushrooms. Delicious.

Asian Flair Flat Iron Steak

This makes a delicious steak for salad greens like mentioned. I used this on top of a typical asian inspired salad with mandarin oranges, broken up ramen noodles, red peppers and mushrooms. Wonderful marinade, thank you!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

I took the advice of a lot of reviewers and went with bite size chicken pieces dredged in flour. Had the coating and texture of any breaded chicken you would get at a Chinese restaurant. Very good.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Great recipe, absolutely delicious. I've made this a few times, once put kielbasa in the pan before baking. Wonderful! Note: If you are using broth that is not sodium free, you do not need the extra salt.

12-Hour Salad

My husband and I love this salad and enjoy it often in the summer. If I have extra green veggies around, they'll go in too. I've added a layer of chopped broccoli and a layer of green onions, great additions to a wonderful salad.

Sweet and Sour Pork Patties

Instead of using jarred sauce, I made the Sweet and Sour sauce II from this site and it was delicious. I followed the pork patty recipe exactly and they were delicious, my husband and I loved this meal.

Cobb Sandwich

Very good recipe! I did make one change because I wanted to have lunch pretty much prepared for a few friends. I made a chicken salad with all the ingredients except the avocado. To avoid browning, I sliced the avocado just before serving and fanned a few slices across the top of the sandwich. This "chicken salad" received rave reviews.
