Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
I was so tired of using the same ole cream of mushroom recipe. This one was well recieved with my entire family and there was not a single bean left:)

Scottish Mince Pie
My husband is from New Zealand and I have been looking for a recipe to render his cravings....it worked! I wish I could find the smaller pie crusts, but it was good in the big pie. Do not add any extra salt! There really isnt a need for it:)

Bacon and Potato Soup
This soup was yummy! I added a little more bacon and I mashed the potatoes with a hand masher in the soup after they were cooked to make it thicker. Delicious!
