This was delicious. I had no sour cream, so I substituted with some fat free half and half. I also made these in cupcake form and stuffed with cream cheese icing. Thanks for the great recipe!

Swiss Cheese 'n' Onion Quiche

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2009
I have used this quiche recipe many times; and it is always wonderful. This recipe is very versatile; I use the basic format and sub in and out different mests& cheeses. I have done quiches with onions, cubed ham, bacon, italian sauces, etc. Currently, I have an onion&fontina quiche, and a ham and colby-monterey blend in the oven. Thanks for the delicous recipe!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
After reading all of the magnificant reviews, and seeing that I had a lot of babanas to use, I decided to give this recipe a try. The batter& streusel topping looked delicious going into the oven: but when they came out, and I tried them, the topping flopped and the muffins tasted similar to baking soda. I am an experienced baker, so I do not believe I did anything wrong; but I would not give these muffins another chance. I will give them 2 stars for their appearence.

Gooey Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2009
These cookies are delicious- I've been using this recipe for a while- and have only tried making it using Devil's food cake mix. This recipe yields aprox. 4 dozen deecent sized cookies. I make a crisco-butter filling and make these cookies into little sandwiches. The end-result is absolutely delectable. Highly recommended!

Elegant Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
This casserole was delicious! It takes a lot of work (I was fortunate enough to ahve a friend helping me; I don't know how I would've done this on my own) The cheese sauce needs to be "babysat" because it takes a while for all the cheese to melt. THe only modification I made was using fat free milk and mixing the cheddar right into the sauce. Everyone loved these and I will most likely make again. Thanks!

Rippled Coffee Cake

This recipe is so easy and delicious! I modified it to make it low-fat by buying low-fat yellow cake mix, fat free sour cream, egg-beaters, and by replacing the oil with applesauce. I also substituted the brown sugar with granulated sugar and lite brown sugar. This recipe is a keeper!

Death By Chocolate III

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2007
Wow! This was really great! It was so easy and I was able to make it in a short amount of time. I didn't make any modifications to the recipe other than omitting the toffee and just using some grated milk chocolate on the top. I also used 1% milk for the pudding. Everyone raved and this is one to definitely make again.
