Roasted New Red Potatoes
I did these with salmon which took 30 minutes so I gave this 30 minutes. It was too long and burned on the bottom. Truthfully, they were still pretty darn good. My fault though, I did them at 400 in deference to one of the more experienced cooks. It would have been great had I checked at 20 minutes as suggested. I used fresh ground pepper and fresh ground sea salt. Delicious!

Easy Bake Fish
I'm not that great of a cook so I didn't change anything. I used salmon that was caught in Lake Michigan and frozen since last fall. I think salmon is good, but my wife is nuts about it. I had qualms of it measuring up to her standards. She raved about it over and over. It was quite good! I'll be passing it on to my fellow Lake Michigan fishermen.

Wisconsin Bratwurst
A Brat in Wisconsin is always good, but I have to agree with those against par-boiling. You wouldn't do that with anything else, why a brat? Slow cook on the grill and then place in a heated pot of beer and onions if you wish. That's especially handy if you want people to eat when they want to. They can stay on the stove for many hours in hot beer and onions and be just as good as right off the grill.
